School Uniform

Jeans, football shirts, sandals and flip-flops are not to be worn.

P.E.

For P.E. children should have a pair of black track-suit bottoms and shorts, plain white T-shirt or vest, trainers and a P.E. bag.

Jewellery and Badges

The wearing of jewellery and/or badges is discouraged as it can be dangerous and the school cannot accept responsibility for valuables.  Watches and items of religious significance are the exception, but are worn at the owner’s risk.

Arts and Craft

For arts and craft, an apron or old shirt should be sent into school and kept in the child’s PE bag.

Lost Property

All items of lost property are sent, in the first instance, to the Barnardos Hall. Parents are welcome to come to the hall to look for lost property at the end of the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Uncollected lost property is sorted out weekly. Valuable items are stored away until the end of term, but can be claimed from the Barnardos Hall.  Un-named school jumpers or clothing is stored until the end of term. On the last day of term, lost property is set out in the School playground. Items not collected by the end of term are donated to pupils on free school meals or a local charity shop.
